Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Products listed on the Platform may be supplied by independent Sellers.
  • Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
  • Sellers are responsible for the quality, legality, safety, and authenticity of products they offer.
  • Buyers and Sellers enter into transactions directly with each other through the Platform.

Idumota.com may facilitate transactions, payments, communication, and dispute resolution but does not assume ownership of third-party products listed by independent Sellers.

4. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our discretion.

  • Manipulate reviews or ratings.
  • Circumvent Platform fees.

Idumota.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate Seller accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Prohibited Products

The following items may not be listed or sold on the Platform:

  • Counterfeit goods.
  • Stolen property.
  • Dangerous weapons prohibited by law.
  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
  • Fraudulent or misleading products.

By placing an Order, Buyers agree that:

18. Suspension and Termination
